Lee is responsible for Bluprintx’s strategic growth, providing straight-talking C-level consultancy for some of the largest organizations in the world.  As a seasoned operator and investor of start up businesses, Lee specializes in driving revenue and improving scalability through data and technology. He’s played a leading role in the creation and growth of numerous startups across three continents, driving over £50 million in net new revenue without a single penny of outside investment.

David leads the growth team at Bluprintx, with responsibility for GTM Strategy, Brand, Sales Enablement, Revenue and Commercial Operations. David helps businesses achieve efficient and effective growth through data and technology-empowered strategies that generate actionable insight. Before joining Bluprintx, David headed up global marketing operations at leading enterprises and scale-ups including Sage, BNY Mellon and Qlik, having previously worked in operations and sales roles for Oracle, Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Hewlett Packard.

Wyatt has a 15 year career in marketing automation working for companies such as Unilever, Aprimo, Teradata, Marketo, and most recently Uber where he managed the B2B CRM practice.  At Bluprintx, Wyatt is the Chief Customer Officer whose remit encompasses Presales, Strategy, Consulting Services, PMO, Labs, and Support. After spending much of his career working for software companies, Wyatt has a knack for sorting business requirements with the latest tech.

Zoe Collins

Group Finance Director

Zoe leads the finance team and the overall finance strategy for the group. The finance function is responsible for day to day finance activities, M&A, financial planning and analysis and payroll.  Before joining Bluprintx, Zoe spent many years in fast growth, highly acquisitional PLC companies. She is passionate about creating high performing finance teams that enhance business performance through operational efficiencies, financial processes, and acquisition integrations.

Mike leads the US team at Bluprintx and is responsible for leading the team in sales growth and partner management, and looking after the ever-growing customer base. Before joining the Bluprintx management team, Mike led IO Integration, from inception, through 21 years of growth which saw it become one of the leading independent Marketing Technology delivery businesses. During this period he was instrumental in building the company into a global business, delivering marketing efficiencies at scale to customers.

Bill brings over 40 years of printing and publishing experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer. He’s passionate about discovering effective, emerging technologies and optimizing them to help creative organizations rapidly increase productivity and lower operating costs. Over the past two decades at IO Integration, and in earlier positions at Vertis Communications and Crosfield Electronics, Bill gained a deep understanding of creative workflows, as well as print and digital production processes. At Vertis, Bill was responsible for successfully managing their digital prepress expansion to over 100 locations worldwide. He also served as Director of Networking and Telecommunications for parent company, Vertis Communications. He uses his expertise to help the world’s top brands and advertising agencies implement technology solutions customized to their unique business requirements and working styles.

Lucy leads our global marketing function, directing data-driven and commercial marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth. Recognised as a Marketo Fearless 50, she has designed and delivered strategies to drive growth in global markets and led global digital transformation agendas. Prior to joining Bluprintx, Lucy spent 20 years in financial services marketing, which included almost a decade with State Street Global Advisors.

Tom Alonzo

Global Director of Support

Tom heads up the global support team responsible for customer technical issue resolution across all regions, covering our entire product base. His career has been focused on defining, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting complex system configurations within creative environments. He has worked for several global companies in the creative arena, including Scitex America, and co-owned his own creative systems integration company for 14 years before merging with IO Integration and Bluprintx.

Global Director of SFDC & BPX Academy

Simon leads the Salesforce Practice at Bluprintx, with responsibility for the delivery of projects that use Salesforce platforms and products, in addition to wider integration projects across the group.  Simon is a 7x Certified Salesforce Professional, across Consulting and Architect tracks. He has been a user of Salesforce since 2007, both as a customer and then as a partner consultant.  Simon previously held various leadership roles in B2B and digital marketing. Simon’s other responsibility at Bluprintx is to head up the Academy, a program that develops tomorrow’s technical and consulting talent across all platforms.

Emma partners with business stakeholders, clients and project managers to support our robust project management practice and drives project delivery and process improvements.  As a specialist in combining traditional & agile project management methods with great people skills and the use of appropriate technology, she ensures on time, consistent and efficient delivery of projects.  Prior to joining Bluprintx, Emma headed up a bespoke app development agency where she oversaw the development and delivery of innovative technology for a range of clients from the investment, retail and travel & tourism sectors.

With a focus on building high performing teams, and coaching individuals, Dave is all about how we bring out the best in people, and achieve results. He has a background in marketing, web development, e-commerce, employer branding, digital experience, design, and marketing automation; and has spent many years working with high caliber clients across the world.

Over the last decade Ryan has led strategic CX transformation projects for some of the world's most recognizable brands. He’s also previously worked within world class presales organizations at leading vendors, Oracle and Sprinklr.

Prior to joining Bluprintx, Jillian directed multi-disciplinary teams for key enterprise customers, specializing in operational service delivery, process optimization and business transformation.

Leading the global sales function, Andy works with enterprise clients to identify the right Bluprintx solutions to drive sustainable growth. As an Adobe Champion, Andy is a frequent industry speaker and deeply committed to sharing strategies for enhancing technology, boosting team efficiency, and delivering separate talks on improving mental health in the workplace. In addition to more than a decade’s experience at Bluprintx, Andy has worked at BNY Mellon, giving him in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector and client needs.

Nora is responsible for the success, growth, continuous improvement and enablement of the APAC region’s people, partners and customers. As a trusted partner to more than 400 organizations, Nora brings a pragmatic approach to major organization-wide change, speaking the language of all stakeholders from the C-Suite to the technical team. In her time with Bluprintx, she has become a respected Director, Principal Consultant, mentor, Change and Transformation Officer and Operational Lead and is the longest serving, most experienced and highly sought after consultant and advisor in the MarTech field across APAC.
