BluprintX has completed another major milestone in its growth plans by appointing Ryan Forrest as Director of Strategic Consulting. Bolstering the existing practice capabilities of MarTech, SalesTech and Work Management, the addition of Ryan to the EMEA team strengthens the company’s strategic support for enterprise clients and global technology implementations.
Ryan brings a wealth of experience which spans agency and client-side, including senior level appointments with leading technology vendor, Oracle. Ryan joins BluprintX from his most recent role with Sprinklr, where as Customer Experience Solutions Consultant – Global Strategic Accounts, he provided strategic solution consulting to 50% of the Fortune 500 and nine of the world’s 10 most valued brands, including McDonald’s, Nestle, Nike, P&G, Shell, Samsung, and Visa.
Industry and sector agnostic, Ryan has a long track record of working in the enterprise space on global technology rollouts across multiple territories and business divisions – perfectly aligning with BluprintX’s business approach and strategy.
As Strategic Practice Lead, Ryan’s focus will be on helping clients to adopt new business models, overcome the challenges of meeting modern customer expectations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Recognising that c-level teams need to understand the people, process, data, technology and content changes required for digital transformation, Ryan will support clients as they assess, plan, procure and implement a broad range of enterprise solutions.
