As a global business that was home-grown in Liverpool and remains headquartered here, giving back to the community remains central to the company’s ESG commitment… and on a more personal note, very close to BluprintX Group CEO and founder, Lee Hackett’s heart.
Born and bred in Merseyside, Lee, like everyone across the city, was shocked and shaken by the recent terrorist attack at Liverpool’s Women’s Hospital. Having learned that Brian Cowan, one of the security guards on duty during the incident, is a lifelong Liverpool FC (LFC) supporter, BluprintX donated a pair of hospitality tickets for the home game against Newcastle on 16th December.
“Thanks to BluprintX for the LFC tickets, it was a fantastic experience for my son Mason who was able to attend his first ever LFC match and see a brilliant win,” said Brian Cowan.
Reflecting on the support that Liverpool Women’s Hospital has received in recent weeks, Kate Davis, Head of Fundraising at Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity, said: “Everyone at Liverpool Women’s Hospital has been overwhelmed by the support shown to the staff and our hospital after the incident on the 14th November. The community has come together and shown nothing but kindness and compassion. We would like to thank BluprintX for their generosity in gifting 2 LFC tickets for the Liverpool V Newcastle game to Brian Cowan one of our security guards who was on duty on the day.”
